Duties & Responsibilities
  • To ensure all weapon safety drills for the firer(s) that are assigned are executed in accordance with the established drill
  • Comply with range conduct procedures and Range Standing Order
  • Comply with all security procedures
  • Ensure that all ranges are conducted in accordance to the established procedures as follows:
  • Conduct break arm check upon arrival of firers
  • Assist firers for in-processing
  • Assist Chief Safety Officer in conduct of JIT
  • Ensure the smooth and safe conduct of range
  • Ensure firers complete the soldier satisfaction survey
  • Adopt and practice safety culture in MMRC
  • Undertake other duties as assign by immediate supervisor
Skills & Experience
  • Military veterans (active duty/retired) are welcomed to apply.
  • Proven experience in military weapon technical handling, authorised operating materials (AOM) and military safety management is a must
  • The candidate may be considered for conversion to a permanent role or contract renewal, subject to individual work performance and overall company performance.
