Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented

Support the region through forecasting, financial performance analysis, and preparation of management reports and presentations. The role involves partnering with country controllers on annual budgeting, monthly closing, maintaining controlling templates and dashboards, and driving digitalization initiatives using tools such as KNIME, Power Query, and Power Automate.

As part of the Asia Pacific FP&A team, the Financial Planning Analyst contributes to regional planning, performance analysis, and digitalization initiatives across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Support monthly forecasts and annual budgets for the ASP region, ensuring alignment with region heads and business units.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for HQ and regional management; conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews to deliver actionable insights.
  • Management Presentations: Develop clear, insight-driven presentations consolidating financial results, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
  • Digitalization & Process Improvement: Drive automation and process harmonization using KNIME, Power Query, and Power Automate to enhance efficiency and data quality.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with country Performance Controlling teams on closing activities, data validation, and maintenance of templates and dashboards.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or controlling, preferably in a regional or multinational environment.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with digital tools such as KNIME, Power Query, and Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and BI tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, including the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders, combined with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse cultures.
  • Digital and process improvement orientation.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional Asian languages would be advantageous to support collaboration across ASP.
