About the job Financial Analyst (FP&A) (Semiconductor)

We are looking fora Senior Financial Analyst, for an established semiconductor company.

The role:

  • Gather and organise Essential Corporate Metric Data
  • Utilise system platforms such asSAP, COGNOS, & LPI for data collection and forecasting
  • Analyse the company's financial data
  • Validate data and outputs for accuracy, address discrepancies, generate reports summarizing plan and trend variances, document explanations for management and stakeholders, and conduct ad hoc analyses per customer requests
  • Structure, develop, and maintainthe forecast models
  • Identify requirements and resources, design and develop solutions, validate through stakeholder feedback, implement and communicate functionality, provide necessary training, and continuously improve processes
  • Provide information and consult on the data summaries of the company
  • Stay informed on SOX and regulatory requirements, present consolidated forecasts tailored to customer needs, address concerns, recommend improvements, clarify assumptions and variances, manage presentation logistics, uphold internal and regulatory compliance, and mentor team members on systems and policies

Requirements of role:

  • Bachelor's or Masters in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience in related field (Accounting, Business Strategy, ideally in the manufacturing industry)
