Our client, a world-renowned FMCG company with a strong global footprint, is seeking a Commercial Financial Analyst to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine financial expertise with commercial strategy, partnering with business leaders to drive growth and profitability across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to provide financial insights that shape strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead analysis of trade spend, promotions, pricing, and product profitability to maximize returns.
• Support business cases for new product launches, channel expansion, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare, review, and present forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports to senior management.
• Deliver scenario modelling and ad-hoc analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) advantageous.
• 3–5 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis, ideally within FMCG or consumer-driven industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
