Job summary

A leading HR Advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an Accountant to manage financial operations. The successful candidate will prepare financial reports, oversee cash management, and ensure accurate financial close processes. Candidates should have relevant qualifications in Accountancy, at least 3 years of experience, and familiarity with Sage 300 is an advantage. Competitive salary between $4,500 - $5,000 offered.

Accountant

Working Day: 5Day | Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Salary: $4,500 - $5,000

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 3 years working experience in construction environment
• Must have full set (particularly cashflow) and management reporting experience
• Experience in Sage 300 (Accpac) would be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare GL journals and manage the monthly financial close process in a timely and accurate manner.
• Cash management planning such as review cashflow forecast, ensure sufficient cash balances for operation needs.
• Responsible for inter-company and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules or balance sheet reconciliation to ensure items are clear off on timely basis.
• Prepare financial forecasts.
• Oversees GST submission and reconciliation.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes and controls as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned
