Job summary

A financial services firm in Singapore seeks a Finance & Accounts Support officer to prepare sales invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and assist with administrative tasks. Qualifications

  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in admin, finance, or customer support roles.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue sales invoices and service fee billings using Xero.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and perform timely follow-up on overdue payments with clients.
  • Liaise with clients on invoice clarifications and outstanding matters.
