Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in private real-estate funds and related structures.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (preferred) and SFRS.

• Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and investor reporting for fund and SPVs.
• Lead a team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
