Job Responsibilities

• Oversee overall financial management for the company, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and cost control.
• Lead corporate finance activities, including capital allocation, funding arrangements, and investment analysis for data center expansion projects.
• Ensure tax compliance and manage all related processes, particularly customs duties, VAT, and rebate claims for imported equipment and data center infrastructure.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and KPIs, providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Support management in evaluating financial viability of new data center projects, acquisitions, or strategic investments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate finance or financial management experience, preferably in technology, data center, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore and international tax regulations, including customs duties, VAT, and tax rebate processes.
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and corporate finance processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work with cross-functional and international teams.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is a plus.
