The ideal candidate has over 5 years of finance/accounting experience and a relevant degree, alongside strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. Strategic Financial Leadership Provide insights to the Board, guide business decisions, and shape financial strategies for sustainable growth.
Planning & Forecasting Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support business scaling and expansion.
Risk Management & Compliance Ensure full regulatory compliance, uphold robust internal controls, and mitigate risks proactively.
Audit & Reporting Excellence Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reports aligned with the latest accounting standards.
Team Leadership Mentor, inspire, and grow a high-performing finance team aligned with our values of collaboration and excellence.
Stakeholder Partnerships Foster trusted relationships with auditors, regulators, and external financial partners.
Educational Background Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, ideally with exposure to financial services.
Skills Strong grasp of full set of accounts, financial reporting, and Singapore tax regulations. Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Personality A team player with excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and leadership potential. Someone who sees finance not just as compliance, but as a tool for growth and impact.
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 2 days WFH after probation
