Job Description

• Establish and manage day-to-day accounting processes, including accounts payable, account receivable, payroll, and month‑end closing.
• Maintain full sets of accounts, including the preparation of financial statements and monthly management accounts with variance analysis, withholding tax payment and monthly VAT filings.
• Implement financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Lead the annual budgeting process in coordination with Department Heads, forecasting, and cash flow planning to support growth initiatives.
• Track budget performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee all tax matters, including VAT, withholding tax (WHT), and corporate income tax, to ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards and local tax laws.
• Oversee fee collection, billing cycles, refunds, and reconciliation.
• Oversee vendor payments, contracts, and procurement cost control.
• Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions and business planning.
• All other ad hoc duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance or Accounting, ACCA or its equivalent from accredited institutions.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in finance or accounting; previous startup or scale‑up experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the financial operations and reporting requirements in Thailand.
• Open‑minded and a strong team player.
• Experience managing financial operations in growing or early‑stage companies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
