A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to lead financial planning and analysis activities. This role requires strong financial modeling and communication abilities to provide insights that drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field and experience in corporate finance. We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Finance Executive to lead financial planning and analysis activities, support strategic decision‑making, and provide clear financial insights to drive sustainable growth. This role works closely with business leaders to manage budgets, optimize costs, and support executive and board‑level reporting within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including the development of detailed budgets, forecasts, and management reports that provide actionable insights into business performance, resource allocation, and growth opportunities.
Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and pricing decisions, with consideration for the cost structures and scaling dynamics of a fabless semiconductor / technology‑driven business.
Partner with department heads to manage operational budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive cost optimization initiatives while supporting innovation and quality objectives.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, and prepare financial materials for executive reviews, board meetings, and external reporting requirements.
Support continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in corporate finance, or financial analysis roles.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
High attention to detail with strong ownership of data accuracy and deadlines.
