Our client, a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join their team as a Senior Finance Executive. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP S4 Hana and should be able to handle full set of accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Full Set Accounting: Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial statements and performance reports, offering key insights into the financial health of the investment property.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor day-to-day cash flow activities, including loan and interest repayments, to ensure optimal fund utilization and financial sustainability.
  • Tax & GST Compliance: Handle the timely submission of GST returns and manage all related tax matters in alignment with local regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Respond to ad-hoc requests from internal departments or project teams by providing accurate financial information and analysis as needed.
  • Finance Administration: Execute various administrative functions to support the Finance team’s day-to-day operations and contribute to process efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma in Accounting or related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing full sets of accounts and preparing financial reports.
  • Solid understanding of cash flow processes and tax compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills considered an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is beneficial.
  • Meticulous with a strong attention to detail.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
