Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is looking for an accountant on a one-year contract. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate month-end reporting and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Candidates must hold an ACCA or relevant degree, with a preference for those qualified as CA. They should have at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in a shared service environment, and knowledge of IFRS standards. Qualifications

• ACCA or Degree in Accountancy required.
• CA qualified applicants for Accountant role only.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in a shared service environment is advantageous.
• Conversant with IFRS accounting standards.
• Knowledge of Corporate tax and GST is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must.
• Hands-on experience with automation of processes required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting.
• Liaise with business units for revenue and expense recording.
• Complete month-end deliverables on time.
• Highlight P&L fluctuations with explanations.
• Prepare Balance Sheet schedules monthly.
• Ensure tax schedules are accurate and timely.
• Provide support for business unit operational matters.
