A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Financial Analyst to compile financial data, prepare reports, and perform account reconciliations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accountancy or ACCA and has 1-2 years of GL/full sets experience. Familiarity with Oracle financials and proficiency in MS Excel are advantageous.
Compiles and analyses financial data to prepare journal entries and record business transactions.
Prepares profit and loss statements, monthly closing reports, and cost accounting summaries.
Performs general ledger account reconciliations with detailed line items and supporting documentation.
Collaborates with business units and the controller group to resolve accounting discrepancies.
Develops, maintains, and recommends improvements to financial databases, software systems, and manual records.
Supports internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and clarification.
Degree holder in Accountancy/ACCA
1-2 years of GL/full sets experience
Knowledge in Oracle financials module will have added advantageous
Proficient in MS Excel
