Job description

Location: Bukit Merah ( Straight bus from Outram MRT)
Salary: Up to $4,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team (minimum 3 staff) in managing daily finance operations and monthly/year-end closing activities.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of financial reports, audit schedules, and financial reporting packages.
• Maintain high-quality balance sheet accounts and resolve reconciling items efficiently.
• Review internal charges, bank reconciliations, miscellaneous receipts, and unaccounted sums.
• Investigate and resolve users’ finance-related queries promptly.
• Manage inter-company and related-party transactions and balances.
• Oversee GST submissions, corporate tax, and other statutory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors and tax agents on financial and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with other finance teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Lead and participate in finance process improvement and transformation projects.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent.
• Min 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team lead role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Experience in SAP is a strong advantage.
• Prior audit experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently.
