Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Handle full sets of accounts for assigned properties, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, variance analysis, and management reports.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities for properties and internal operations.
  • Process vendor invoices and staff claims, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Monitor and follow up on receivables, including issuance of reminders and statements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in GST submission, property tax matters, and annual financial audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Provide financial insights to property managers and management teams to support decision-making.
  • Participate in system or process improvement initiatives when required.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • 1-3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to clearly present financial information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
