Our client in the real estate industry is seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive. The responsibilities include maintaining accounts, preparing financial reports, monitoring cash flows and loans, handling GST/VAT submissions, and assisting with ad-hoc requests and administrative tasks within the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a full set of accounts, including the preparation of monthly financial reports for management.
  • Monitor cash flows, loans, and interest repayments.
  • Handle GST/VAT submissions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests for information from other departments or projects.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned within the Finance department.
  • To assist with the year-end audits and submission of XBRL.
  • Provision of information for income tax reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum diploma in Accounting/Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, real estate experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with the SAP system is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
