A growing company in Singapore seeks an experienced finance professional to manage full set of accounts, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with Singapore's accounting standards and tax regulations. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with Singapore’s accounting standards and tax regulations (e.g. GST, IRAS filings)
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary
Maintain proper documentation and internal controls
Assist in intercompany transactions and consolidation if required
Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (F&B or retail industry experience is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Xero or QuickBooks is an advantage
Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
