Responsibilities

• Lead and assess the performance and deliverables of the finance, operations, and legal teams, and manage all internal and external stakeholders and relationships.
• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, taxation, cash flow, and financing activities.
• Provide financial advisory to the board to support strategic direction and business decisions.
• Involve yourself in operations and non-finance related business management.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Finance/Accountancy or be a Chartered Accountant.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in business management, with leadership qualities and confidence in stakeholder management.
