What the role is

This role sits within our Enterprise Platforms Division.

What you will be working on

• Lead the development and implementation of finance systems, including SAP, Workday, and bespoke software solution
• Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and integration of finance-related software applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and drive continuous improvements in financial processes
• Manage finance system projects, including budget allocation, resource planning, and timeline adherence
• Ensure compliance with IM8 regulations and internal policies in all system-related activities
• Provide leadership to the finance systems team, fostering innovation and professional development

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in finance systems management, with expertise in SAP, Workday, ERP systems and bespoke software development
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful system implementations
  • Strong operations, application maintenance and user support skills and experience
  • Experience in custom software development for financial applications
• Strong knowledge of financial processes (Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)), Financial Planning and Control, Financial Reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across the organisation
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage and develop team members
• Adaptability and willingness to stay current with emerging finance technologies and industry trends
• Experience in Corporate systems such as HR and Procurement systems is a plus, but not mandatory
