Overview

As a Finance Business Partner - Gateway Singapore, you will support MT Singapore Attraction in driving financial performance, providing insightful analysis and support to the business. You will assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, offering support in strategic decision-making and helping to identify opportunities for improvement. Partnering closely with attractions teams, marketing and revenue management to drive performance, optimise business decisions, and support strategic objectives.

You will act as a conduit between central functions, attraction teams and the Finance team, balancing day-to-day operational needs with long-term planning and innovation.

Key Accountabilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Support the preparation of accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Analyse variances between actual and forecasted performance, identifying key drivers.
  • Support the running of the Operational Planning biorhythm to optimise trading performance whilst supporting revenue management and marketing and attraction teams to shape future strategies.
Business Partnering
  • Assist in providing financial advice and insights to non-finance teams to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their financial needs and deliver relevant data.
  • Provide financial guidance and challenge to ensure efficiency.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
Process improvement & systems
  • Support process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
