Job description
  • Location: 513 YISHUN INDUSTRIAL PARK A 768736
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect cash bags and update system status accordingly.
  2. Perform cash counting using counting machines.
  3. Count coins and manage coin float distribution to drivers for top-ups and new machines.
  4. Input cash collection data from machine and update records in the system accurately.
  5. Prepare system Credit Forms, submit them for approval, and perform reconciliation against total cash collected for bank-in.
  6. Prepare bank-in slips and arrange for bank deposits.
  7. Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
  8. Verify and process supplier invoices, including matching with Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO).
  9. Reconcile supplier statements of accounts and support payment processing.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N or O Level qualification.
  • Prior experience in a cashier or cash-handling role is preferred.
  • Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately.
  • Has basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
    Proficient in cash-handling transactions.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
