Finance Job Responsibilities
- Handle monthly and yearly full set of accounts using the company’s ERP system to comply with local regulation and group consolidation purpose.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and management reports.
- Prepare supporting schedules and coordinate with local and group auditors/tax agents.
- Liaise with corporate secretarial on routine company matters.
- Any ad hoc duties as required.
HR Job Responsibilities
- Manage payroll, employee records, work pass applications/renewals.
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee claims and leave records.
- Assist in hotel/flight bookings.
- Any ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in full set accounts and HR.
- Familiarity with Chinese accounting system is a bonus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and commitment.
- Able to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts).
