Job description

Strategic Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted advisor to the regional business leadership team, providing financial insights and strategic guidance.
• Support development and execution of regional business strategies, including pricing, portfolio optimization, and market expansion.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for the regional business.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Performance Management

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews, variance analyses, and ad hoc reports to senior stakeholders.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to evaluate business cases, investments, and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with country finance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of financial reporting and planning.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and compliance requirements.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.

Preferred Requirements

• Professional Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience ideally.
