Job summary

A dynamic trading company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Operations and Office Administration professional to manage TT transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and coordinate with vendors. The role requires a diploma in Finance, 1–3 years of experience, and familiarity with accounting systems like MYOB and U8. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills are essential. This position is Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data entry roles.
  • Familiarity with MYOB, U8, and intermediate Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Basic understanding of TT payments, bank processes, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily TT transactions and ensure financial activities are recorded.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to match financial records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and maintain office supplies.
