Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role

We are seeking a Finance & Sales Support Executive to join us on a 18-month contract. This role is created to support day-to-day finance operations and sales administration while the team is involved in a new ERP implementation project.

You will be assisting in routine finance work (accounts receivable / payable, reconciliations, audit support) and providing administrative support to the Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on exposure in both finance and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities
Finance Support (70%)
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Support month‑end closing and reconciliations
  • Fixed assets accounting and tagging
Sales Administration (30%)
  • Prepare invoices
  • Follow up on outstanding payments with customers
  • Assist with sales documentation and coordination
Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

1 to 3 years’ relevant experience in finance or admin roles (fresh graduates welcome)

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Good communication and teamwork skills

Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with ERP systems
