Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cashflow management. This role supports management decision‑making and ensures that financial operations are conducted in accordance with Singapore statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports to support strategic business decisions and regulatory compliance.
• Manage cash flow by monitoring and forecasting financial liquidity to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory financial regulations by implementing and maintaining appropriate accounting controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for business growth and risk mitigation.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end accounting processes, including ledger management, reconciliations, and month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and ensure transparent financial disclosures.
