Job description

• Ensure that all remote technicians are punctual with proper attire to maintain a professional appearance during job assignments
• Conduct quality checks remotely by leveraging mobile video calls
• Troubleshoot issues encountered during remote site operations
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing the QA activities performed for management review
• Identify training needs for remote technicians
• Conduct training and refresher sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the full fleet management product offering
• Familiarize yourself with the technology stack to effectively support remote operations

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational course, Diploma in Automotive, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or equivalent
• At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience/Knowledge of Electronics and Automotive aftermarket product installations (Telematics/Sound Systems/Immobilizer etc.)
• Experience/Knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical repair of Automobiles and/or Heavy vehicles; (Electrical wiring repair, Faulty Finding and Mechanical Repair etc.)
