Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Job Type: Full‑time
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Singapore
Average Monthly Salary: up to 7500 SGD with commission
Reports To: Sales Manager

Goal/Deliverables:

  • Directly closing contracts on interested leads - end to end experience from nurturing to negotiating
  • Own the booking process and ensure smooth handover from sales to community experience team
  • Scout for outbound leads to ensure there are different avenues for you to hit targets
  • Secure partnerships with agents, student recruiters , universities and be their preferred coliving partner.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct viewings for the leads that have been scheduled on your calendar by the customer success team.
  • Ensure you have all the information needed for a viewing to be converted to successful booking.
  • Quickly learn the prospects’ needs and match them to our available options. Collaborate with the inbound team to arrange and independently conduct viewings.
  • To actively convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of business.
  • Attend scheduled viewings timely and ensure timely follow‑up on the same business day (24 hours)
  • Ensure feedback from the leads are captured during viewings, or post viewings on their final decision‑making
  • Responsibilities include working with operation staff to ensure end moment check‑in’s are accommodated. Working with the finance team to ensure invoices generated are correct and payments are made.
  • Vigilant in reporting any damages noticed in the properties during viewings to the Sales Operations team.
  • Collaborate with the team to arrange and independently conduct viewings
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 2‑3 years of experience with sales background, preferred in hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Able to hit quota every month and be performance‑driven
  • Meticulous in lease documentation
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • High degree of commitment & a good team player.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Technology savvy
  • Ability to work with various departments
  • Able to speak English fluently (Mandarin is a plus)
