Job Description

About this Role: Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, Singapore to join the ASEAN Marketing Team. This role is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Singapore, in line with the business priorities and objectives of establishing market leadership, driving demand, expanding market share, and accelerating revenue growth for the Singapore market. In this role, you will have a key focus to work with stakeholders across the company to fuel awareness, drive executives’ engagement and create demand for Palo Alto Networks solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy for Singapore aligned with business priorities and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Singapore sales team and cross‑functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to top accounts and priority industry verticals such as BFSI, Public Sector and Telcos.
  • Establish clear goals and KPIs, track ROI for account/industry‑specific marketing initiatives.
  • Build and execute an integrated marketing journey that supports customers’ digital transformation and cybersecurity needs.
  • Drive pipeline growth across Enterprise and Named Accounts through integrated marketing programs designed to influence and accelerate opportunities within priority verticals.
  • Design tailored experiences, including white‑glove and micro experiences personalized to the preferences and needs of C‑suite customers.
  • Partner with the BDR team to identify, deploy and optimize top‑performing tactics to create, develop, and close qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the channel marketing team to map joint ABM efforts with key partner strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Own and communicate clear program timelines, status, action items, results, and deliverables across stakeholders.
  • Champion an AI‑first go‑to‑market approach, using AI‑driven insights and automation to enhance targeting, personalization, and scalability across campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrated storytelling across all marketing activities, amplifying our value proposition through field, partner, PR and ecosystem channels.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize global programs and best practices that fit the local market context and business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in a field, channel, demand‑generation, or campaign marketing role, preferably in the B2B high tech/IT/cybersecurity industry.
  • Deadline‑driven, organized, and able to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands of a high‑growth environment.
  • Comfortable making strategic marketing and investment recommendations and influencing stakeholders; ability to provide consultative input to senior sales leaders.
  • Experience owning and executing integrated marketing plans and programs tied to business goals, with demonstrated success in building pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong experience and enthusiasm for leading and partnering with sales, cross‑functional teams, external vendors and agencies.
  • Data‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience using data insights to plan, analyze, track and report on campaign ROI and conversion.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate, personalize, and scale marketing activities.
  • Experience driving account‑based marketing (ABM) or vertical‑focused programs in collaboration with sales and partners.
  • Hands‑on experience managing events and trade shows, from strategy through budgeting, execution and follow‑through.
  • Not afraid to roll up sleeves to handle list uploads, creative projects, data cleaning, etc.
