The APJ Marketing team is a high-performing collaborative group of marketers focused on driving growth and customer success across one of the most diverse and dynamic regions in the world. We work closely with sales, customer success and global marketing teams to deliver programs that resonate locally while contributing to global impact.
In Asia we partner with teams across Asia to deliver localised high-impact programs that drive pipeline expand usage and build strong brand presence. At the same time we lead and support cross-regional initiatives that scale innovation amplify global campaigns and share best practices across APJ.

We're looking for a Strategic Field Programs Manager to drive high-impact field marketing programs across Asia. Based in Singapore this hybrid role is split 50/50 between owning in-region marketing support for the local Asia team and driving regional program management for JAPAC-wide initiatives.
You’ll play a critical role in activating our go-to-market strategy by supporting executive engagement, sponsored and owned events, targeted account activations, webinars and the localisation of global campaigns. Your work will help accelerate pipeline, increase customer engagement and drive awareness across key markets.
This role is ideal for a proactive highly organised marketer who thrives on collaboration, execution excellence and turning strategy into scalable action. You’ll work closely with the APJ marketing team, local sales leaders, global campaign owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
