Our Client is seeking a committed and patient-focused Family Physician to join their growing GP clinics.

The ideal candidate will deliver holistic and evidence-based primary care services to individuals and families across all age groups. You will play a key role in promoting preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and building long‑term relationships with patients within the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up care for a wide spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct routine health screenings, immunisations, and preventive care services
• Offer patient education and counselling to promote wellness and disease prevention
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely medical documentation using EMR systems
• Work collaboratively with clinic nurses, administrative staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Adhere to clinic protocols, regulatory guidelines, and medical best practices

REQUIREMENTS

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) recognised by the Singapore Medical Council
• Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council and holding a valid Practising Certificate
• Accreditation by the Family Physicians Accreditation Board (FPAB)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a primary care or family medicine setting
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Genuine care for patients, with a strong sense of professionalism and ethical practice

GOOD TO HAVE

• Postgraduate qualifications in Family Medicine (e.g., GDFM, MMed)
• Familiarity with chronic disease management frameworks (e.g., CDMP)
• Experience in women’s health, paediatrics, minor procedures, or health screenings
• Proficiency with clinic EMR systems and digital health platforms
• Multilingual ability to serve a diverse patient population
