Responsibilities

• Familiar on cabinet, meeting table, featurewall and counter fabrication
• To lead a group of carpenter(20pax) to fabricate customise furniture (offices)
• Procurement of material for example plywood and hardwear
• Strong detailing knowledge
• Strong knowledge to explain the detail drawing or works to the employees
• Ensure production meet targets according to schedule and quality standards set by the Company
• Sets a positive example for employees and provide leadership and motivate them to achieve objectives and goals
• Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training needs of workers
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements

• 3 years of related experience in leading and managing a team
• Good knowlege of carpentry skills
• Skillful with wood working machineries router, planner, sanding machine, edge bending, post forming machine
• Good interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
• Good management of materials cost and stock inventory
