Job summary

A maintenance services provider in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems. The role involves responding to emergencies, conducting routine inspections, assisting with troubleshooting, and adhering to safety standards. Candidates should hold an NTC or Higher NITEC in relevant fields and possess hands-on technical skills along with a basic understanding of building systems. Experience in facilities management is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of FM or building maintenance experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of building systems and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) for assigned systems.
  • Respond to breakdown and emergency calls within SLA response time.
  • Conduct routine inspections and record findings in CMMS / CAFM system.
  • Assist in basic troubleshooting and rectification works.
  • Support testing & commissioning activities under supervision.
  • Carry out minor repairs, replacements, and adjustments.
  • Observe all workplace safety, WSH, and permit-to-work requirements.
  • Report defects, anomalies, and potential failures to supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping at work areas.
