Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in facilities management, construction or estate management.
  • Experience with interior works and/or mechanical & electrical engineering.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned hard/soft services and provide timely technical support.
  • Lead end-to-end coordination and project management for lifecycle renovation and upgrading works.
  • Support new centre development projects including reviewing construction drawings and specifications.
