Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management Specialist to manage building operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role involves vendor coordination, site inspections, and maintaining documentation for audits. The ideal candidate has a diploma in a related field and 1-3 years of experience in facilities management. Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS platforms is preferred. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or property operations.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities is advantageous.
• Certifications such as Fire Safety Manager (FSM) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of building operations, including M&E systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with vendors for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in managing FM contracts and inventories.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain documentation.
