Duties & Responsibilities

• To be the owner / key stake holder in running an IFM project
  • Interface with customer to resolve all operation issues
  • Interface with external stakeholders and vendors to ensure all project obligations are met
  • Manage and report project financials to meet and exceed project budget
  • Effectively use the CMMS to keep track of all Preventive Maintenance, Fault Reports and Corrective Work Orders
  • Coordinate and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute rectification works.
  • Responsible for site administration
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and statutory requirements
  • Manage Addition & Alteration (A&A), Repair & Redecoration (R&R) and other project works
  • To ensure process improvement across designated projects by using LSS or other methods to enhance our productivity and overall improvement to our bottom line.
  • To be involved in innovation and the introduction of new process or technology by collaboration with the Operations Technology Development team and other relevant technology partners.
  • Able to use digital systems and tools (e.g. mobile-enabled facility mgmt tools etc.) to perform healthy building and infrastructure operations while also reducing costs, improving productivity and boosting sustainability

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Min 3 years in managerial role.
• Min 5 years of experience in FM projects or real estate initiatives.
• Experience in commercial and/or industrial FM is preferred.
• Flair in written communication and presentation skills would be advantageous.
• Creative, analytic and passionate persona.
• Awareness of different digital systems and tools in the field of real estate, property & facilities management (e.g. mobile-enabled facility mgmt tools etc.)
