- Managing day-to-day facilities operations across office premises and critical support areas.
- Monitor and ensure service delivery by vendors for cleaning, etc.
- Conduct regular facility operation inspections and follow-up on rectification works.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs and improvement work with minimal disruption to operations.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with bank security protocols, workplace safety standards and building regulations.
- Maintain documents, permits and facilities records in accordance with audit requirements.
- Assist in managing vendor compliance and service level agreement.
Budget & Procurement support
- Tracking facilities expenditures and budget utilization
- Support procurement activities including quotation, evaluation and vendor selection as required.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with building management, contractors and service providers
- Support stakeholders and user communication on facilities-related matters.
- Handle internal requests and follow up to closure in a timely manner.
Business continuity and Safety
- Support emergency response procedures, evacuation drills, etc
- Implement workplace safety programs and risk assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Min. 5+ years of relevant experience in facilities or property management.
- Prior banking / financial services environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building operations, M&E systems and workplace safety practices.
