Job summary

A well-established company in facilities management is looking for a skilled individual to manage post-completion works and oversee facility maintenance projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Facilities Management and at least 5 years of experience in the field, particularly in commercial projects. Job Scope
  • Manage all post-completion works including Defects Liability Period (DLP) and maintenance projects
  • Oversee facility maintenance for completed projects (commercial works)
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance schedules, repairs, and rectification works
  • Lead and manage maintenance teams, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Attend site inspections, identify defects, and propose corrective solutions
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams on maintenance matters
  • Ensure works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and timelines
  • Monitor maintenance costs, quotations, and budget control
  • Prepare maintenance reports, progress updates, and handover documentation
  • Support management in improving maintenance processes and service quality
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Property Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance, construction after-service, or property management.
  • Candidate with experience managing commercial fit-outs, renovations, or multi-site facilities projects preferred
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance, defects rectification, and DLP (Defects Liability Period) management
  • Familiar with M&E systems, basic building services, and maintenance workflows
  • Good understanding of workplace safety regulations and site practices
