Job summary

A leading facility management company in Singapore seeks a Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across preschool locations. Candidates should have a degree in Building & Material Management and at least five years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects over SGD 5 million. Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-location facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge in plumbing and M&E (air-conditioning).

Job description

• Oversee scheduled and cyclical maintenance across all preschool locations, ensuring timely response to service requests and urgent repairs.
• Develop and implement practical maintenance policies, supported by digital tools for tracking repairs, budgeting, and audit readiness.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and successful execution of minor renovations and inspections.
• Provide regular reports and data to management to support budgeting, capital planning, and facility improvement decisions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building & Material Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in interior fit‑out projects exceeding SGD 5 million.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and M&E (air‑conditioning), with experience managing multi‑location facilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to team leadership.
