Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of technicians in delivering facilities management and M&E services.
• Plan and assign daily tasks to ensure performance standards.
• Coordinate and implement maintenance programmes for building infrastructure.
• Recommend and oversee repair works and renovations.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
