Job description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Property & Facilities Executive to manage maintenance and operational matters for our company properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing effective operations and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
  • Handle handover/takeover of premises to / from tenants.
  • Oversee new office relocation and renovation works.
  • Attend and respond to all feedback promptly.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute maintenance and repair works.
  • Prepare annual budget, manage and administer all maintenance contracts, including monitoring expenses for operational needs of the various properties.
  • Apply, monitor & renew licenses; ensure full regulatory and safety compliance.
  • Handle all facility-related maintenance, permits, inspection reports & documentation updates.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) /Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management) or relevant.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property in handling facilities, or dormitory operations.
  • Strong coordination, communication & reporting skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle issues proactively.
