Responsibilities and Responsibilities

• Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems.
• 52-Week Planning: Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for routine servicing, repairs, and emergency breakdowns.
• Breakdown & Outdoor Work Planning: Organize and oversee corrective actions for equipment failures and outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Rectification Work: Ensure timely resolution of faults and compliance with safety standards.
• Budget & Approval: Obtain machine replacement approvals from COUNTRY MANAGER and manage budget allocations for necessary upgrades.
• Operational Impact Assessment: Evaluate whether equipment downtime will obstruct operations or if repairs can be deferred.
• Risk Management: Assess consequences of not replacing faulty items and escalates critical issues promptly.
• Server Room Oversight: Monitor and maintain environmental conditions and equipment reliability in server rooms.
• Technical Savvy: Proficient in ACMV systems and electrical troubleshooting.
