Job summary

Assistant Manager, Leasing & Maintenance

We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager, Leasing & Maintenance based in our Head Office in the CBD.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and commence periodic maintenance of assigned facilities and utilities systems, including electrical, building/carpark maintenance, fire alarm system, security, cleaning and pest control, to ensure a safe and reliable business environment
• Ensure audit readiness by complying with effective standards, regulatory/statutory requirements
• Achieve financial objectives by managing allocated budget; recommend and initiate cost improvement measures
• Maintain close and regular liaison with tenants to ensure satisfaction with all aspects of tenancy management and leasing
• Source and secure suitable tenants to maximize yield
• Handle all lease documentation, rent review and other service contracts negotiations
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

• Degree / Diploma in Real Estate or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity in leasing and maintenance
