Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in FM operations, asset management or project delivery.
• Fire Safety Manager certification is required.
• Able to effectively coordinate with consultants and contractors.

• Lead planning and execution of FM projects, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance programmes for facilities.
• Integrate sustainability practices into operations and compliance checks.
