Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building / Project Management or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (building facade).
• Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative, and being a team player.
• Knowledge and/or experience in contractual management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities connected with a project from planning through implementation till completion.
• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform within schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Interact with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive the project.
• Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure performance on projects meets clients' expectations in quality, completion timing, and cost.
