Job Description

  • Daily production of bread/pastry products in accordance with specifications from recipes
  • Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
  • Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
  • Assist Production Manager, Pastry Chef/Head Baker and Assistant Pastry Chef/Head Baker in ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner, and adhering to production workflow
  • Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs

Requirements

  • Certificate in Baking/Pastry Skills or its equivalent
  • Preferably 1 year supervisory experience in a Bakery/Pastry Kitchen
  • Good team player and self-motivated
  • Able to work on weekends/public holidays
