Job description

In this position, your duties as F&B Executive are:

• Assist in opening, operating, and closing of shifts
• Food preparation including baking
• Duty roster planning, handle staff/customer complaints or issues.
• Cashiering including POS Closing
• Cleaning duties (counter, kitchen, dining hall, outdoor, toilet touch up).
• Equipment maintenance
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and policies.
• Stock taking and Ordering
• Stock taking, WISR trouble‑shooting and Ordering
• Coins and notes exchange from bank
• Schedule and Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling and planning.
• 3PD deliveries investigation and follow up
