The role involves assisting the Customer Service Manager, handling export/import orders, and ensuring compliance with documentation. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in export or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with GSAP, import & export documentation.
• Experience in letter of credit & bank negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Customer Service Manager.
• Assist with customer follow-ups and document preparation.
• Process export/import orders with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate timely shipments with forwarders and warehouses.
• Monitor and resolve customs or delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
