Job description
Export Customer Service (Officer / Executive)

Mon–Fri: 9:00am – 6:30pm

Alternate Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and reliable customer service
  • Send flight details to customers within 1 hour of booking
  • Verify export document compliance & process export work orders
  • Apply export permits and customs documents accurately and on time
  • Answer all calls within 3 rings
  • Monitor onboard status & inform customers of irregularities
  • Coordinate with Ops, Warehouse, Traffic & Planning teams
  • Ensure correct and updated airfreight rates
  • Stay updated on airline/government regulations
  • Submit monthly customer reports on time
  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders on shipment status
  • Ensure shipments follow SOP and are properly arranged
  • Work with Sales & other teams for special arrangements
